BROKEN RIB TREASURE
CONCEPT BRIEF
A hidden treasure is finally uncovered by some brave pirates.
For this piece I wanted to play with Pirate motifs in an exaggerated way. Create a treasure that has some ominous undertones, with grandiose presentation. Thinking about the greed of pirates I ended up settling on the idea of gold and treasure flowing out of a chest cavity being forced opened. Creating a visual that whoever created this monument of treasure did not want it taken.
